This Weekly Trash Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on by and between:
Southern Trash and Recycling LLC and the signed "Client" of this Service Agreement Contract for Weekly Trash Pickup.
1. Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall commence on the signing date of this contract and continue for a 1 year from the date of signing, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
2. Scope of Services
Service Provider agrees to provide door-to-door trash collection services to the residents of the property listed in the information below.
Days of Service for will be executed 1 day a week.
Resident Instructions: Trash must be by road night before.
3. Fees and Payment
Monthly Services Pickup Fee $32/mo
Billing Schedule will be a reoccurring payment initiated on the 1st of every month.
4. Responsibilities
Service Provider Shall:
Maintain cleanliness of collection areas.
Client Shall:
Ensure residents are informed of the service guidelines.
Provide access to trash disposal areas.
Pay invoices on time.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of 30 days.
6. Liability and Insurance
Service Provider agrees to carry appropriate liability insurance and provide proof of
coverage upon request.
7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
